I am disturbed by this auction

First of all, it's a stock picture, not much of a description, and the seller has zero feedback.  Look at the price.....I don't know about this one.  What do you think?

I think you are right to be disturbed.  Picture is of a Smart Astro.  Anyone who had one for sale would know it and provide the details.  They also wouldn't price it at two bucks.

Makes no sense. if you were selling a Mathmos Smart you'd think they would know it and at least put it in the heading. On the other hand we have all picked up a bargain from some poor hapless soul who doesnt have a clue what they're selling!

 

 But i would be wary too. at least ask for pics of the actual lamp, i'm always concerned when people use the advertising pic  :)
