What can I expect to pay for a White Jetstream in good condition ?

Another Mathmos item I have on my wish list is a white Jetstream.  How much are these selling for in good condition ?

Thanks Guys......yes I saw this go on last night which is what prompted me to ask.  The seller obviously hasn't got a clue what its worth and maybe playing clever psychology in inviting big offers based on their BIN price.....

I've been on the lookout for one off eBay for the last few weeks after seeing a white in one of Lucy's photos.

.....Convenient thing for me is I work in Peterborough, so I may go have a look.

I bought mine a couple of years ago, i seem to think it was about £50, i dont think i would have paid much more than that.

Yes, there's definitely a touch of David Bailey in your compositions........but I'm not looking at any more of your photos Lucy...lol,    cause every time I do, I see another lamp I want for my collection.......like that Crestworth Galaxy you've also got..........aaaggh.....I want one too,  boo-hoo......lol !!

well i'm sure you'll end up with a galaxy at some point if you really want one. Mine was a super bargain, they do crop up now and then, just dont pay £310 for one like that listing which keeps coming up on ebay lol

 

Thanks for your kind compliment on my pics, most of the time i'm just capturing the lamp as it were but now and then a bit of artistic license creeps in! i'm glad you like them  :)

and anyway, we're still all waiting for pics of your lunar running, you should be papping that bad boy like theres no tomorrow!

Yea I just wouldent go there for 500 quid - for me thats at least a luner and a lode of other stuff. 

It would be nice to see some pics of the luner peat, I am sure that thing is blinding by the amount of ploishing you have done lol.

They look like a mask, do the Jets overheat underneath them ?

they do enclose the jet so yes, it will overheat a bit more quickly with the jetstream on, i think thats to be expected really and not an issue if you have a dimmer plug socket thingy  :)
