i have one of these but it has no fluid in it, is there anything i can use, i thought of johnsons baby oil but not sure if it will work

I have three of these lamps and we were told to use mineral oil,works great for me.
Yeah, just buy mineral oil (sold as a laxative, eek!) from the pharmacy/chemist. There was, in the US,. "rain lamp fluid" made by Bortz, which is just rebranded mineral oil. I'm not sure whether weight matters, but the standard grade generic mineral oil always works well for me, and this coming from someone who used to collect and restore these.
