Mysterious lava case

Any ideas what this could be from?

What are the dimensions of it, looking at it, it somewhat resembles a fancy liquor case I saw in an antique shop a while back, the bottle came with an opener and spout.

I'm not sure, but Lava Lite *always* used their special logo font. I'd bet that this did hold a bottle of booze, an opener and a spout.
