Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Please help me find out how to make this in to a lava.The top twists off made of plastic, bottle twists off base, and the base is plastic also. The bottle has  D-1064 57. Want to make a lamp out of it, but don't want to take a chance of melting the base its such a cool bottle. Thank Nancy

I don't think you can make those into lava lamps. There's another lamp that actually looks like that bottle.
