my cloudy grande red/clear

Bought a grande red clear from spencers online well the first one was so cloudy you could not see the wax at all. I ran that one for two weeks thinking it may clear up some nope so called spencers customer service line they sent anouther one out and guess what same thing. This time I called lava light talked to a very nice person she said they will get me anouther one out they would make sure it was good they sent it 2 day shipping got it by fedex today it was a slight bit cloudy but i have ran it now for8 hours and it looks like it is clearing up. It looks like lava lamp cares about the customer but I think the big problem is shipping in these hot days. I have a blue/ yellow grande that was shipped but it was from my own state and took only 1 day and its nice and clear.
