Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I found my camera so i took a picture of my black/clear lamp in action. I was wondering if ya'll could tell me how bad this fog is. Will it just clear up on its own? I'm thinking this one may need to be filtered. However by comparison my grande is very nice.

I have not notised those white jets and when it cools compleatly tonight ill check the underside.
BTW I just noticed today that the color is very black now so that's fixing itself :-p.
Any tips on where to get a usa globe? I'm in new england (Northeast states) if that helps.
my 52 oz black/clear is way worse than that. i'm trying to clear it up but i'm wondering.....yours looks wonderful in comparison!
Foggy, man you want to see some of mine lol

They look cool anyhow.

i checked under it today and theres no white dye. if this dosen't clear up in the warentee timeframe i'll filter it. I dont wanna mess with it though because the flow is pretty much perfect actually.

Another question my grande lately has jsut been shooting up small globs of wax and nothing else. is this a symptom of underheating?
