My lava lamp just not flow even i turn on for 4hours

the lava is just stick to the side...

 

i read about the way to fix this problem, i just don't get it...

 

 should i have to put in Detergent For Washing Dishes?

This globe will require a lot of work to get it working again. You will have to empty and save all contents and then wash the inside with a de-greaser to full clean the bottle.
