Please help me with separated goo.

I do not know what to do with the globes that have goo separated into to masses.Please look at these jpegs and offer any  advice you feel may help.thank you.Eileen

NObody has answered yet i could fix them just would need money for the supplies and shipping?

some people have good luck removing the cap, pouring the liquid into another container, heating the globe in a pot of water until the wax melts, letting it cool, then re-adding the liquid.  i assume you've already heated the globes on a base without luck?
