Yep, Chinese import - most basic model there is, not even a color wheel, just blinking LEDs. Next step up has a motor and wheel, and the next step up usually has blinking LEDs around the perimeter. The majority of Chinese fiber lamps these days have this flying saucer base, especially in translucent (often blue) plastic. Takes a very simple plastic spray.

Not quite as good as my recent Fantasia score (Boxed and vintage Love Story). YES!

THis was free so i think i made good with it lol yeah i totally was talking about the plastic cup too... how did you know?? =P
