New to lava lamps

I started to do some research and found out about the 02/03 shift in production.  I learned a lot here and elsewhere and dove in.  I think I will take a break from buying for a while.  Picture shows the first 4 I bought (btw, the wall is a light blue so, no, it isn't a color balance issue) plus I have a spare bottle and am looking forward to trying the goo kit.  Thanks, all.

Welcome! I have yet to do my first goo kit, but I'll be redoing my aristocrat soon, I just can't decide on a color!

I was wondering if the pointy "hat" on the right one was original.  It is like a "wizard" but without the stars and moons.  I suspected the seller had mixed and matched parts.

I think it is a cap from a lava lite silver starship. I have a midnight starship, and it has holes punched around the bottom of the cap. I think the silver starship doesn't have these holes.

Ah, good call about the starship cap.  Looks like some years had the holes and some didn't.
