Craigslist bargain

Can't do much better than brand new and still in the box. Price seems reasonable, I wonder if they would ship it?

Great buy of an uncommon lamp. The plain Enchantresses are far less common than the planter ones, and in my opinion, $55 for one that's new-in-box with all the cards, paperwork, etc. is a great price. Ask about shipping! It'll pack neatly back into the box but should be put into a bigger box, with some extra packing added. The coolest part is that very rare tag which hangs on the globe-- it has TWO of them. I've only seen a handful of those tags.

I believe that style of box was used from the early- to mid-70s until the mid-80s, so the only way to place this one is with its date sticker, and/or if the felt under the base is stamped.

Well, it was listed at $85, but that still sounds like a pretty decent price for a new in the box vintage piece. I'll find out if they'd be willing to ship. The listing is almost a month old so they may be motivated to sell at this point.
