Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Hello great lava lamp fans. Does any one know how I can get the wax out off a LUNAR rocket lava lamp from Mathmos? I have 3 giant LUNARs, but I want to transform one into a glitter lamp. The glitter and the right glitter liquid I have already found last week. But now it's time to put the glitter liquid and the glitter in the LUNAR bottle. To only problem is that I don't know how to get the wax out. I don't want to destruct it, because the green liquid and the yellow wax I want to keep it for later experiments. Can any one give me some suggestions? Thanks

Is this 4.5 litres white and mackay bottle also doing the job?
Ciao,

Pieter
Are these bottles really the same? I mean, if I would make a lava lamp with such a bottle and heat it, how big is the chance that the bottle would crack? I mean is the glass of a whisky bottle as much heat resistant as the bottle of a real LUNAR from Mathmos?
