Can anyone tell me if this is an inexpensive China Lamp.
Excuse my bluntness, not sure how else to word it.
No top or bottom, found it for $5 as is, in consignment store.

It looks to be one of these.  I would say it is a China confetti glitter, a Creative Motion of some sorts based on the base of that auction model.

Yep, that's a cheap Chinese glitter lamp. $5 is about all it's worth. They can be really pretty lit up though!
