Saving a lamp any help?

trying to save a neon yellow lava globe it showed up to me broken via usps and i put it in distilled water and warmed it up its all a solid again but the dish soap and salt isnt working any help please ?

the lava should melt-regardless of the solution

do you have the correct wattage bulb in it?

Is the coil on the bottom?

I believe the China formula is 70% distilled water/30% propelene glycol (fog juice)
