Question about Enchantress Lids

If there is an answer for this one of you knows...Did any of the Enchantress Lamps have a metal lid over a plastic screw top lid?

I don't know for sure, but I don't think LL ever did them that way.

I think LL always did there globes with a plastic screw top and then the mettle cap over that i am sure the enchantress had the same globes as standard.

Yes, I believe some of them did.
