The only complaint I really seem to have is that there are a few little bits of wax that are stuck to the sides of the globe. They may look like glass bubbles in the picture, but they are little tiny bits of the lava.
They were there when I opened the tube, and most seem to still be there even after running it for about six hours. (I say most, as it seems like some may have disappeared but I can't be sure.
I am wondering if they will go away with running cycles, or if there is any way I can fix it myself. I would rather have an un-intrusive fix if possible, as the last time I opened a lamp things went terribly wrong. It's gonna suck if it's permanent...as I love the flow and don't want to risk getting a cloudy lamp by exchanging it.

If you are veeeery careful you can try to tilt the lamp/globe when it is running. Tilt the globe so that as the wax starts to rise and rip off it bumps into those stuck bits. This sometimes causes them to attach to the main blob that bumps into them. Sometimes wax ends up sticking to the glass bits though, if they are really stuck good, and makes a larger stuck mass, haha. I have been successful in doing a tilt clean with China Grandes.
Use caution with this method though, if you jolt the globe to the side too fast or rightside the lamp back down on its base too quick it could cause the molten wax to jiggle into small bits. Those tend to reform into the large mass once cooled down again though.
There is always a chance that running the lamp a few times will slowly remove those bits. The Fluidium I just received had a couple spots of stuck wax that cleared themselves.
This was an absolutely amazing tip. After carefully following the directions, almost all of the little flecks of goo are gone and off the sides. Of course there are a few left, but the lava will get them...with time. >:3

Excellent news, happy to have helped! May your lava flow smooth and fluids stay clear!
