what colour of light is emitted

Hi folks,

I'm buying a red lava lamp to use in a music video.  We want it to emit red light.  I know this may be obvious, but should I buy a lamp with red lava and clear liquid to get red light??

Any advice would be much appreciated!

If you want to light the room red, I suggest you make one. You will need a base that holds a 52 oz. globe, a 60 watt appliance bulb, a goo kit, and an empty 750 ml. berry ciroc vodka bottle. You will not need to dye the wax, the color of the bottle does the job brilliantly. If you need me to, I will take some pics of one and send them to you.
