Red glitter wizard with low liquid and staining on the cap.

Hi I was thinking about purchasing a red glitter wizard as a gift for someone, but the problem is the liquid level seems really low, and it has some staining on the 32w cap. Do you think it may be leaking? I've posted photos.

The fluid level looks okay to me. There is a lot of expansion in glitters when they are warmed up and the level should rise to right at where the bottom of the cover is. I don't see anything in the picture that looks like fluid was leaking, it is hard to tell from a picture though.

Hi Keith well I know that the seller said it has red staining on the cap. I can see some on there you have to look really close, since they don't know what type of staining it is I was wondering if it may have a leak. Because to me the liquid is really low compared to my pink glitter wizard and purple glitter wizard lamps.
