Looking for a Top to a Link

Today I found a link at a thrift store.... Sans top. If anyone has a top to sell please hit me up!

It is a nice lamp but yea that will be a hard find unless someone has the same lamp they are willing to sell as parts other then that 3D printing or maybe make another design yourself.

An idea could be to wall mount it and turn it into some kind of wall mounted lamp with the end of each globe going into a tube mounted to the wall but that's just my first idea
