Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I have lucked onto a nice squiggle planter. It looks great, but the Lava has goodles of bubbles. Any ideas on curing this?

there are no cures that i am aware of, though some people have reported good results with increasing the temperature by using a 60w bulb. in this case, i don't think it will work. if the price is right, i'd buy it for everything else and then transplant the contents from another globe of your liking.

Wondering if a vacuum will reduce bubbles?  Can tops be removed while lamps are hot & put back before cooling?  That will produce a small vacuum.

That looks more like unmelted wax bits.  If so you could try straining the wax with a fine mesh stainless steel strainer.  Since the wax bits are not incorporated but the lamp is still flowing I suspect removing those bits won't affect the flow.  I have had good results but no guarantee's!
