Spam message in personal inbox

I haven't participated here in years, but I got a spammish message in email:

How is everything with you, my name is M****, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site. Could you please get back to me on: (m***[e-mail]) for the full details.

I'll gladly blast the member's name if the admins say it's ok.

I had the same message posted on my profile page, I've deemed it as spam and didn't reply I deleted it. 

The sender joined the same day the messages were all posted.
