Good quality step up transformer

Got a Mathmos Astro coming to me, and just wondering if anyone knows of a good quality step up transformer. I'd hate for my lamp to get fried with some junk transformer. And I'm guessing a 100watt would do or maybe a 50watt. Thanks

head to your local Radio Shack and pick up the following

It connects like this..from the left..... transformer-converting plug-Mathmos plug

And looks like this when done

I think the transformers are $20 and the converter plug $10. The cheaper option although not for everyone is to just convert it to US wiring. I know Bohdan just posted a tutorial not too long ago.
