I've sold hundreds of lava lamps on eBay
Depending on the amount you have for sale, I highly suggest buying the proper boxes to avoid claims

One for the globe, one for the base, and one to box the other 2 boxes

Sizes change depending on if its a 32oz or 52oz

Yes, that would be great. Is it okay to lay the bottles down? I didn't do that before but it would be easier.

I've thought about it many times (so has she I'm sure) but I've known her for 43 years and I think she still likes me. 

She just retired and I'm mostly retired. We're just starting to downsize.
