Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I wanted to make custom Mathmos Astro bottles by swapping the liquids between the bottles I have. Is it as easy as pouring out the liquid from one bottle and pouring in another from the other bottle? Do I recap the bottle when hot or cold? Is there anyone who've tried such thing before?

Thank you! I'll give it a try. The original Mathmos color combinations are simply boring these days

You can do this but the bottles must be cold.

Heat the caps with a hairdryer or run under a hot tap to remove them.

Then swap the liquids and recap. Then enjoy. Easy. I've done loads.

I now have custom astros, telstars and Neo Bottles.
