What do you mean by a "spire" ? IS it the spiked bullet ? If so, yes I have it.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Attached I send some pictures from the cone. I meant the spike on top of the cone. The cone is in a very good condition. There is only one little dot in the material. It is original from the early 90th and made from rather thick aluminium. The later production was made from thinner aluminium. 

100.- Euro would be fine for me but the transport cost have to be added. The amount for this depents on the country you are located.
