Here's the stuff you can use to prevent the dreaded bulb won't unscrew in small bases problem..
This came from Menards....and its gotta be other places as well...

I would not recommend using anything, the simple soultion is to buy brass base bulbs, they never stick and do not cost anymore $$. The two different metals prevents sticking (aluminum base socket-brass bulb socket) I will gaurantee if you ever had a stuck bulb it was a aluminum base bulb. I never had a brass socket bulb stick...try it, it surprised me at first too.
