Has anyone noticed the weird pedestal Astro Nordic lamp on ebay, what do you think about it?

Could be a prototype. Looks like the straight pedestal from a Cosmos lamp was installed on a Nordic.
Could be factory, or homemade. Hard to say without a really close examination.
