Look what I received today!

Hi,

my Pink/Clear Astro, ordered March 24th in a French shop, finally arrived (at least) this morning!

But what a surprise when I opened the box:

The bottle is Purple/Clear (the box mention Pink/Clear as ordered).

Check the picture:

Exactly the same tint as the Purple Fireflow,  but it was supposed to be like the Pink fireflow.

I don't know how is it possible, as the Purple bottle is no more available, so maybe it's a happy mistake.

What do you think?

OK, I just came home with a bulb (the one in the box was damaged already).

The purple wax change in pink when lighted!

So this is not a purple wax as I thought.

Still strange how it's looking when cold beside of the pink fireflow...

Mine are exactly the same but do look pink once up and running, just like I ordered some "Black /Clear" bottles from Mathmos only to discover they are a dark purple instead of black, Mathmos have since renamed it 'Plum/Clear" glad your lamp arrived safely :-)
