First Order on Mathmos.us/LampLust Not Going So Well

I placed my first order on mathmos.us February 24th for two Fireflows - one O1 and one R1. According to their shipping chart, I should have had them in about three days.

I have written customer support. No answer. I have written on their Facebook page. No answer.

Anyone ordered from them yet? 

Not a good first impression!

Well that sucks. Maybe you can try contacting mathmos through their uk site?

I've tried ordering two Fireflows off the US website and it will allow me to go all the way to the credit card info, and it won't let me go any further. So in short, I can put the Fireflows in my shopping cart, type in my shipping info, put in my credit card info and that's it, can't go any further.

I obviously got all the way through the order process and got a confirmation email. 

I've tried contacting them through their UK site before - it's futile. But I'll give it a shot again.

Still no answer. Called the # on the mathmos us site 212.810.2125 which is a # for LampLust.com. Automated voice message said I needed to file a ticket on www.lampust.com/cs for customer support. I did that. 

Still frustrated. Still no Fireflows.

"Unfortunately, we currently do not have Fireflow's in stock they should be arriving shortly to our warehouse so we can start shipping please give us 3 to 4 days to update you on your items shipping information."

THEN WHY DID YOU LET ME COMPLETE THE ORDER? They said in stock when I ordered.

They won't be selling Jets. Jets were discontinued awhile back.

Ya I know, I was just meaning in general. It seems like all the jets on eBay won't ship to the u.s

I'm emptying out most of my mathmos/crestworth lamps cuz I just have way too many.
