That was a "hodge-podge" and I didn't mean to post it, but Keith liked it too. So if my buddies like it, it stays. Poor Rocky........he was my B-day present. I rescued him and gave him a good errrrrr...posthumous home....I'll let him pose in his "Santa hat" near Christmas with one of his favorite lamps! ;-))
Glad to hear it cleared up! Yes, something about the Carlisle and the other lamps from the 70s. I like that classic look.
Oh, and I really like this picture. Rocky is a nice touch, albeit a bit on the skinny side. :>)
Hey Kirk buddy!! I was cycling the black 52 oz., it clouded a bit in shipping, but is clear now. I knew you would spot that Carlisle immediately! LOL It is a lovely little lamp. ;-)
Nice swirls, Libby. Is that black 52 oz a little cloudy? Lovin' the glitters! But I'm especially fond of that Carlisle.
Keith, you have ESP or something. See that black cabinet where the Carlisle is sitting? It is "completely" full of antique English, etc. Bibles. My husband's collection I aquired over the years from Scotland and England mostly. I might need to put one of them up there with Rocky!! LOL Not sure hubby would be amused though..... lol
Libby, I thing Rocky might need a bible in front of him. Looks like he's ready to turn a page anyways!
Lala, I have a habit of "rescuing" critters, alive or dead. Rocky is a good un, and has a good home, a "bit" too late, unfortunately. He don't seem to mind---now. ;-)
Thanks, Jack! I accidentally posted this pic, but Keith liked it, so I left it. Sort of a hodge podge.
