Base is brand new. Hasn't been polished. Well, I'm a little disappointed with the color combos offered, but I'm leaning towards a purple/orange...something. :) GIMME.

Pale blue or Turquoise either would do for me !

I will say this, but keep in mind I only have two Mathmos, but Mathmos and vintage Lava Lite are the best in terms of clarity and flow. They are fairly similar, though the Mathmos wax is a bit smoother.

Thanks Pete. :) You know, it's really kinda both light blue and turquoise. I'd lean more towards turquoise though.

Nice to see US and UK lamps side by side again, I was going to order a turquoise astrobaby globe but decided to hang on a few more weeks and see if Mathmos release it in an Astro globe !

Is it turquoise or pale blue as someone on here stated.
