Good ole bully USA! Welp maybe someday I can get a hold of one, damn you LifeSpam Brands.
In response to VOXul, NOPE! LifeSpan Brands didn't take over squat, this was simply a name chance. See the Chicago Tribune Article linked below.
Lava Lite, symbol of the 1960s, changes its name
And regarding their bullshit trademarking shenanigans... below is from the website "TheStreet."

Wake up Nick... you're dreaming again !!! lol.
Looks like there are frikken' lasers everywhere! That is an awesome lamp and shot! I wonder if Lifespan Brands taking over Lava means that maybe they forgot to renew the trademark on the bottle... meaning Mathmos in USA! A man can dream, right!
Im wondering about the base and cap finish too. With they offered that mirror option in other lamp sizes.
Fantastic lamp, Mathmos did really well with this one certantly one of there best limited lamps yet
Roll on pay day so I can get my paws on one :)
Great picture, Pete. Stunning lamp. I can hardly wait to get mine.
I'm not sure if its a standard base, this is the first polished Astro I've bought from Mathmos.
If I didn't know better I would have said it was chrome!
OMG, that type of bottle would look so awesome on a Lunar!
