Long time collector who was a member of the ooozinggoo back in the late 90's and the early 00's but have not been back in quite a few years.
Very happy to be back!
Not much new here, Jeff. Glad you found that triple Florence! Those things are rare... Which one is it, in which colors? I know of three triple globe modes: wood base, lamps in a row (low, high, low) with big globes, and round metal base (low, middle, high) with either large or small globes.
Good to hear from you Jeff. Yes, I think I've been on this website for nearly 8 years now. I'm still into the old lamps. I've only ever met a fellow "gooer" once. I swung down to see Jonas a couple of years ago when I was in Vancouver. We had a great time. We even went lamp hunting at a antique mall in Seattle.
I figure I'm the only serious lava collector in Canada. I'm up in northern Alberta teaching the Motorcycle Mechanics Apprenticeshiop program at a place called Fairview College (the winters are long, but the summers are awesome). Been here for 5 years now, living on a nice 20 acre spread in the country.
Take care Jeff. Talk to again soon.
Craig.
Now, that's a beauty! Why did I think it was a GTO? DOH! No mistaking that car.... I've got an original badge from one, it's how my Hubby remembered my name when we met! It's in the bottom right corner, attatched to the picture frame, LOL
