Any one seen one of these before?

So... Has anyone seen anything like this? It's basically a glass globe filled with a liquid, no branding that I can tell. Top can be removed, base has a single coarse thread with a glue. A funky cool thing but, THE HECK IS IT?

It is a liquor bottle.  Label has just been taken off. Good luck with it.
