Anybody know where I can get a new cap for a 52oz bottle?

Hi all,

In a recent display of impressive buffoonery, I managed to knock over an old starlite with a 52oz bottle.   I caught the globe before it fell too far, and even saved most of the fluid (and almost all the wax) inside before it spilled out, but the cap shattered.  Pretty sure the base still works.

My plan is to re-fill (not quite full) with distilled saline solution, but I still need to find a replacement cap.   Anyone know where I could find one?

Or failing all of that (or if the shaking from the fall has resulted in irrepairable cloudiness) where I might be able to get a 52oz replacement globe anymore?    I've found a few sites that have them for sale but they're all old and dead now.

thanks,

sudo

Good luck.  I looked for one off and on for about a year and came up with nothing.  Keep an eye peeled, you may be able to find one for sale on here or ebay at times.  Timing is everything, just didn't work out for me I guess.
