Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I've seen a few of these for sale, but I haven't been able to find them in the Lava Library.  Are they any good?  Are the Lava Lite Brand? When and where were they made?

No, no, China. They are HotRock lamps. Junk.

Thanks!

Yep. "Hot Rock" lamps used flowing "liquid earth." Funny how the box tried in multiple ways to say "lava" without saying "lava." Sold mainly by Target. Came in yellow/blue and red/violet. Flow is passable but not great. They often fade or cloud. I see them on local Craigslist once every week or two. If I really wanted one, I'd say no more than $10-15 is an okay price. Their one good point is that they're fairly big.

The Hot Rock GLITTERS, on the other hand, are great for refilling. Fast action with big flashy silver squares. Comparable to a GemLite or a Fantasia Glitter Lamp.
