Well it seems that the smart astro has sold out everywhere unless you want to pay for a overprice one on ebay lol,
Not sure if anyone know but it say on mathmos website that there will be another batch are mathmos bringing these out in 1000 lots or did i read it wrong? umm well Not sure if Someone has the answer but it would be intresting to find out more.

You best bet is to contact Mathmos directly, they will be able to answer your question. The way I understand it is they produced an initial run of 1000 lamps each one numbered. They will release more in the new year according to their website, don't know about them being released in further numbered lots.
i was under the impression that the first 1000 would be limited edition numbered, any made after that would not be numbered but just released as a non limited lamp

The "limited" run is just a con really it's just a sticker on the base that's not even visible, nothing on the box or any limited paperwork !!!!
Pleased I cancelled my order tbh !Richard, I was thinking the same thing was wait for mathmos to get bk on this but who knows. I looked at the design and tbh what stopping someone making one off these out of a old astro base. Not something that im recenmending lol.
