This should have been at the end of the last picture, but it would have been way too long. That's what the lamp looks like, now that I've rewired it.

Comment by Loren on April 23, 2012 at 9:27pm: I'm going to add 1 more coat of paint to that base to see if it looks better, but right now I'm thinking I might just do gloss finish paints until I get an anodizer setup. :( But I'm going to strip that one and try it again, to see if I can get the paint on there more evenly. And these that I have were both used. They had all kinds of scuffs and abrasions on them. I should try on a new one, but I'm still going to start anodizing as soon as I can.
