Ive spilled a few drinks with that stand falling over! So i put tape on the bottom lol! I really want a gen 1 tho!

I am very happy to have them. :) The other thing I don't like about the 2nd gen ones is the stand. When you take the globe out, the stand tips over. I've had a few accidents each time I forget that.

It looks to me like the distance from flame tip to globe bottom is a bit shorter on the 2nd gen, so maybe it might work! Good luck! They look awesome together like that...like they were meant to go together.
