The only thing it says is "made in Taiwan". Does anyone know the name of the model, maker, year?

Import model, sold under a zillion model names in the 80s and 90s. Some had the spherical base on a short pedestal like this, some (the most common model) had the sphere on top of a tall trumpet-like pedestal, and another added big clunky wheels and a tow bar (made of the same gold-colored plastic) so that the base was reminiscent of a cart or rickshaw. They always had these rotating multi-tiered, fountain-like plastic sprays. Every Chinese novelty import shop in the 80s and 90s had these, the fiber-optic "flowers in a box" lamps with music boxes (in a staggering array of different bouquet designs) and import rain lamps, one model of which had fiber-optic flowers inside.
