astro smart re release

Hey peeps!!! anyone know when the astro smart is gonna get re released all new and improved!!! and possibly with that 3rd colour combo????

well Viva its now been nearly 6 weeks since mine went back and ive done all the phoning as they dont seem to bother to call me , that ive decided to get a refund, unable to do it there and then there gonna phone me back lol

agreed johnny, I have two and both are having problems...and yes, around september is what I've been told too. As we know it depends on who you have on the phone and their answers can vary (especially when it comes to customs..."no we dont do customs", "yes which colours you want and how many?" same day, different mathmos chick....cindy seems reliable), so either johnny and I got the same person to talk to us or this is one of the rare occasions where several people have the same info.

i was told on fone last week it be around september time, so if like me your lamp has packed up you can either wait for a replacement around september or get a refund, or if ya lucky they maybe able to repair it from bits of other return lamps as they dont have any new spare parts to repair em. personal i think this is very poor service for mathmos and i will be writing to cressida
