After 4 returns, that is what my "working" lamp does. And that's with a 40watt frosted bulb. I won't be buying another.

believe it or not, it's new ! Two-three weeks ago at Spencer's. I also got a blue with white goo with it that was a dud, however....

It's a teensy bit foggy, but not near as foggy as others I've seen. But given that "success" I'm almost tempted to roll the dice and order a grande, I want one so bad...59.99 at Amazon
