it should be called how ebays going to screw the seller this time.............lower listing fees but higher final value fee
8.25%.........and seller can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers....what are they thinking?....phil

They're nuts. So what do sellers do when bidders vanish? I'm also in the ceiling fan collectors' community, and we've got a rogue bidder who likes to bump things up really high, win, then skip out, just to keep other collectors from getting fans he wants but (presumably) can't afford.
