I had a lamp arrive rather hazy. I know there's a cycling technique that sometimes helps. Can someone give me the straight skinny on doing this to (possible) best effect?
The lamp is a French oval with diagonal cuts and textured metal finish; it's super space-age awesomeness. It WAS glitter, and the previous owner refilled it with lava in red/violet from an el cheapo knockoff. It flows mostly in spheres but is extremely pretty nonetheless, and while I'm happy with it as it stands, I'd love to clear up the liquid.
Lamp is much hazier than it appears in the photo.

I've been cycling a Crestworth bottle for 1 month now, and unfortunately there's no change yet.. well its very slightly clearer so i'm going to carry on 6 hrs on 6hrs off for another month.
A Crestworth green/orange! FAB, where did you find such a gem?
Aladdin 2 Lava said:Same as...got a green/orange Crestwoth three weeks ago that has'nt been run for years. It's as cloudy as yours, I'm gonna give it at least another couple of months before messing with it as the flow is fantastic, but no improvement on clarity so far. Good luck with yours :)
