I cant tell what color they started out as. I have the orig box for the century but the color is not marked or indicated. Guess they forgot. any ideas? thanks!

Looks like the Century was a blue/white that have faded and burned a bit. I would not doubt that the Carlisle was the same though it may have been a yellow color. when a white piece of paper is held behind them, is there any hint of color left at all?
Ahh young padawan, you have not yet discovered the Lava Library, here are the links to your two lamps

Do yours have a date sticker or date anywhere on them? Some of them had codes that will help determine original colors.
carlisle says april 1977 model 300
and the century is oct 1974 model 100 century.
I checked the colors the century is more yellow and the carlisle is yellow green with black flakes in it. yuk
I think if I could find the orig color I might try to re-goo them. the carlisle is pretty spent and the century works for an hour or so. they are pretty tired ole timers.
Thanks. ;) I've got a 90s century with little flakes in the wax. Actually, have a few lamps like that. Usually is residue from the coil. Is the coil in good shape?
