lookin for fast moving glitter wizard globes (usa production)

Hello there,
as I got a very nice purple wizard from kira (thanks a lot) I somehow got the Idea to refill a few mathmos globes with the fast moving glitter contents of the wizards. Dont wanne destroy my precious wizard though, so if anyone has spare globes for sale and willing to ship them to germany i'd be happy to hear from you. In exchange for the effort of course I'm willing to send anything from ebay germany to the us as mathmos items arent that expensive here...and neither is weißwurst, sauerkraut and lederhosen, lol.

I strongly encourage other members of this list NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ARNE!!!

I purchased a Wave Machine from him several months back and it arrived broken. I contacted him and he said he purchased insurance for 500 euros would take care of it.  I've not heard from him since and I've sent him many emails.

It APPEARS Arne is an unethical businessman and should not be trusted.  I have all the emails and photos on OG to back up all my claims.  I really dont like doing this, but others need to be warned!

Anybody is welcome to contact me verify this information.

hey Jethro, sorry for not being in touch, was busy and then I forgot, my fault. anyway it seems like both our post offices are telling us its the responsibility of the other. Fact is I wont get any cash back here and as it seems neither do you. to make one thing clear, I didnt send you a broken lamp. I sent you a very rare wave in almost perfect condition for a very fair price which got broken although I packed it very well. but it is as it is and I think I told you from the beginnig that I am willig to give you a partial refund but I'm neither able atm nor willing to send you the 150€ back as I actually paid postage and also i think I even sent you a second drive unit for free. I have no Idea how much hughes wave machines is asking for a replacement vessel but how bout you ask them if thats possible and if it's within a 100€ limit I will gladly pay for that. sorry again for not beeing in touch but apart from that you can ask the other members I did business with, I am not a ripoff as you are claiming.

oh and btw, it's not like I didnt respond at all. when you told me the wave was broken i answered you, I just had an unpleasent phase in my live and I basicly didnt talk to anybody imcluding my parents. this is not an excuse but it's not like I specificly ignored you, I ignored anyhing and anyone.

Thanks for finally replying.  Last I heard from you was March 12 of this year...that is a long time to be busy and I've sent you several notes since then without ANY response (like: "sorry, I've been busy").  I've been very patient and polite but your story is wearing very thin.  Yes, the original deal was a good one on both sides, but it went bad and now you must do the right thing.

Bottom line is YOU packed the item and YOU purchased the insurance through YOUR postal service not the US....As I mentioned in my notes, I tried to research things on my end but obviously the US postal service knows very little about YOUR system, plus all the paperwork is WRITTEN IN GERMAN!  You also did not send me the insurance info I specifically asked for so I could try to do more on my end...very unethical

YOU promised in writing "If they refuse to give any refund, my suggestion would be 70/30...I pay you back 70% of the full price including postage by the end of the month" and "if this all remains unsolved I wont let you down and give you a refund! talk soon arne" I expected you to keep your word, but instead you blew me off.  Another option is you give me back 100% and I send you the broken unit back with your additional drive unit.

It's unfortunate that these issues had to be aired on the OG list, but I consider our community sort of an extended family and with it comes social responsibilities of doing the "right thing" and warning other family members of those who don't.  I trusted you, Arne, because you are on this list and would not have otherwise sent money overseas.

Arne, I honestly enjoyed working with you up until you stopped communication, I hope you are not a "ripoff" but actions speak louder than words.  I suggest you read our email exchanges and imagine how you would feel if the situation were reversed and I had made promises to you then stopped communicating...you would feel ignored!

the insurance form was the fucking sheet in the plastic envelope glued to the box...I didnt get anything and i specificly asked at the PO if there is anything else an they said no...and they said you have to manage it with your post office as I dont have any paperwork. 70% is less than 100€, so if thats what you want say so an i will send you the cash. I dont care if my story is wearing thin ...not one bit... I'm telling as it is...and also I dont care if your precious family wont buy from me as I dont see it as a business anyway...I never made any money with my transactions it was +/- 0 you know what...I'm gonna make it easier...from now on I wont sell anything to any member anymore. if you want the cash, say so an I'll sort it. have a nice weekend.
