Colossus Lamps available!

Found oozinggoo.com when I was looking for ways to repair the Grande I picked up at CostCo a few years ago.  It's one of the Chinese made ones that has gone extremely cloudy and ceased to flow (going to try replacing the fluid one of these weekends). 

It was here that I found out about really big Lava lamps.  I was bowled over by videos of the  Colossus lamps and really want to see if I could get one, I couldn't find them available anywhere so I wrote LavaLite.  I wanted to let this group know what I got this from Lava Lite today:

well, I did say to her, that maybe they should reconsider making these again, I hear that you were swamped all day about these. She said they are thinking about it, and there is a lot of talk about it. So you never know

Whelp, it doesn't look like I'm going to be able to get one of these after all. :( My tax check won't be here until February 14-15. I doubt there will be anything left by then. And I didn't get a response today either, but maybe she will tomorrow. I doubt she'd be able to hold anything for me anyway. Sigh...

Finally got a hold of Susan to order mine, yea!  Now the waiting begins, got a purple/yellow.  She is very nice and it was a pleasant experience.

That makes sense, she mentioned the computer was having issues when I placed my order this morning.  She also wasn't feeling well, so I'm sure that is not helping either.

Anyone know if the table glass is safety glass or just regular plate glass?

I also ordered one on mon have not seen a charge yet on my card and its wed starting to wonder whats going on.
