Thanks, Jonas! The glitter lamps are beautiful. I've shared both the lava and the glitter with many folks I know. The majority seem to like the glitter better. I know I do.
Kirk, I'd love some of the new stuff (this slow, silver flake stuff) in... something. Can it be done in 32oz. globes and/or 52oz?
Erin, I'm sure it can work in 32 or 52 oz globes with a 10w standard sized bulb (I have some). With this long weekend, let me put a 32 oz together, and I'll post a picture.
I've put the formula in my Crestworth Nordic -- pink, beautiful flow! I'll post a pic soon...
Call the Florence Arts 8 1/2 oz. each, maybe 9 to be safe. I've emptied, cleaned and dried them. The Grande glitter flowed, but it didn't have the subtle showiness of the oil glitters. You could see the sparkles at a glance, but you had to really look to see that they were moving.
Wow! That is EXACTLY the color I want in my double!! Spectacular! Pink to violet.
Silver Nordic? That pale yellow looks spiffy.
Kirk, that lamp looks truly amazing!!! I saved this wonderful packing material that came with one of my ebay purchases to send you out my 52 oz purple neon crap globe to glitter in the near future. I know it will cost me more to ship full, but I really don't want to trust myself to pry the cap off and empty it. I also saw somewhere on here that you offer different glitter "themes". Am I dreaming or did I see that somewhere? Is that at extra cost? I would assume so. I saw a dog and because I am a big time dog rescue and advocate person, I was thinking hummmmm.......lol!!
Hi, Carol. I don't do the themed glitter, but Loren used to do custom glitter. Here is a link to his order discussion http://oozinggoo.ning.com/forum/topics/official-order-thread
