what about UV ?
Gookits sells u/v reactive dye, but shipping to Germany would be exorbitant.

However, would this be a possibility?

(first four colors on the drop down list?)
I bought some of this candle wax dye recently but i have yet to try it out.
I use magamas florescent blue and it does respond to black-light but i like it best with McCormick neon blue water dye,
'You can see the result int he glass head i just posted
no it does nnot
it fluorescent and reacts to blacklight
I used magama's florescent blue and it does respond to black-light
You can get it here: http://www.gookits.com/
strontium aluminate is to heavy, is that what you tried? Could you nake the wax super dense so they would go into solution?
you might be out of luck on that finding glow in the dark stuff unless you can find in liquid form, that's waterproof and able to adhere to the wax. You best bet honestly is UV dye. You can use a external black light bulb and that will charge up your glow in the dark base and cap in the process as well make your wax glow.
